1. Services

DollaStudio provides professional studio rental, photography, videography, podcast recording, editing, and event production services in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. Booking & Pricing

Your first hour of studio time is $1 CAD. Additional hours are billed at the rate for your selected tier. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

4. Studio Rules

Clients are expected to treat the studio space and equipment with care. Any damage to equipment or the space beyond normal wear will be the client's responsibility. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of all content created during their sessions. DollaStudio may request permission to use selected works in our portfolio with proper credit, but this is never required.

6. Liability

DollaStudio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal equipment brought to the studio. Clients are encouraged to have their own insurance for valuable equipment.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
